Timeline guide to help plan your cookbook project
Plan your cookbook project in time for an event or celebration. Using our step-by-step guide will help make the process go smoothly and keep it on track.
-
Step 1. Collecting recipes
We recommend around 1-2 weeks for individuals and families, and 2-3 weeks if requesting recipes from your community.
Invite others to help edit as you receive them.
-
Step 2. Local support
If you’re creating a fundraiser and want to add sponsorship from your local business community, we recommend doing this at the same time as adding or requesting recipes.
-
Step 3. Cookbook layout
Choose a template, and on the Community package, we import your recipes and personal images, in chapter order, into the book. You can then do the final touches adding more images and extra text etc. which can take a few hours, or longer depending on how much time you have and if you have team members working collaboratively.
The average turnaround is 1 to 3+ weeks for the layout stage
-
Step 4. Design check

Place your order inside your dashboard. Once payment is received a team member will design check your book ready for sign-off.We require 1 to 2 business days.
