The final “design check” has now been done by a team member ready for you to do a final check of your cookbook, and make any final tweaks if needed. Follow the checklist below before signing off.

1. Check recipes
Part of our ‘design check’ includes checking any tabbing or alignment issues of your recipe pages.
Therefore check every page to make sure that each recipe reads correctly before signing off.

2. Check images
Your images are special and sometimes optimal quality may not always be possible. To check the quality of your images prior to signing off, open the article link below.

3. Check index etc.
If requested, we have added an a-z index. We use software that picks up recipe headings with the same font type and size, therefore check your index.
We also add page numbers to the contents and turn pages which you will also need to check before signing off.

4. Final tweaks
Final tweaks to your layout including text and images are done by you. You still have access to your layout until you sign off.
If you have added new images from our photo library, add a comment on the page so our team member can replace them with the high res version before signing off. -
5. Update preview flipbook
If you are absolutely 100% satisfied with every page in the final regenerated preview flipbook that you update, the sign-off form will require you to add the final date and time of the last generated preview flipbook.
Alternative view format. You can preview your book as a PDF prior to signing off. Select File > Print Preview > Download PDF.

6. Sign off form
*Make sure you add the date and time of the last generated flipbook on the sign-off form.
*If you sign off and we see an issue with any of your pages, if you correct the page, regenerate the flipbook and sign off again.
